Please don’t steal from me; it would make me sad and encourage Hortense to down a few more cosmos than is wise.
But I don’t want to be stingy. If you want to use some of my material, please use a direct quote and link back to where you’re kindly pulling the quote. If you want to use a longer quote (a full paragraph or more), PM me through Twitter and let’s talk. (Spoiler alert: I’ll probably say yes.) Any more than this, though, will be considered a breach of copyright law.
I try to practice what I preach.
Pop culture and other writers are a foundational source of inspiration for me. And I try to respect other people’s copyright. If you see that I’ve failed to respect your copyrighted material, please let me know. Playing fair and being respectful is important for both of us, and I’ll make it right.
See a typo?
I do my best to post quality, polished, error-free work. I often fail. Yes, I’m a copywriter by trade, but I relax here because it’s my blog and I can do that despite some of the best advice you’ll see on the Interwebs.
If When you see a typo, PM me through Twitter or let me know in the comments of the post. I promise I won’t bite.
