Writing Prompt Friday (bring it back)

writingpromptfridaycoffee

Hello and welcome back to Writing Prompt Friday! The world has hit me hard in the morning coffee today. First, I learned that my secret source of pumpkin spice latte might (probably) be selling expired syrup, which means that I shouldn’t be drinking any more of it until pumpkin spice lattes are re-relaunched later this year. Second, my favorite brew-it-at-home coffee has been discontinued and sold out; I’m down to a bag and a half left.

Dear coffee company customer service, when you tell me you’ve discontinued my favorite coffee in the world, don’t include a $#%!ing smiley face to the end of your message. That does not soften the blow.

And now, on to this week’s writing prompt…

Write a letter imploring the universe to bring back your favorite childhood toy.
