Writing Prompt Friday (haunted)

WPF Princess Ducky

Hello and welcome back to Writing Prompt FridayI’m one of those Christmas-year-round kind of people (ducks as people throw tomatoes), but I love October. The chill in the air (I live in the Pacific Northwest; I get to say that already). The layers I get to wear (bring my my flannel). The start of the holiday season (for me at least). The cobwebs that make me feel less guilty about how often I skip dusting. Most of all, I love the ghost stories that abound.

On to this week’s prompt…

You’re wearing something haunted. Write its backstory.
